Repairs to the airbag system after a breakdown.

Factory-fitted radio, CD, DVD and sat nav.

Repairs to listed parts that fail the MOT, including the re-test fee.

Drive battery, motor, charging unit, inverter and regenerative braking.

The garage sends the details. Warrantywise confirms what's authorised and gives a repair number.
Back on the road
Warrantywise pays the approved cost. You pay anything above it.

Warranty questions
Do I need a warranty to get finance?
No. A warranty is completely optional and has no effect on your finance application or the decision.
Which plan can I get?
It depends on your car's age and mileage. Platinum Plus is for cars up to 6 years old and 60,000 miles, Platinum up to 8 years and 80,000 miles, and Gold up to 18 years and 200,000 miles.
Is there a contribution to pay?
There's no compulsory contribution. Each repair is paid up to your plan's single repair limit (£3,000 on Gold, £5,000 on Platinum and Platinum Plus). You pay anything above the approved cost.
Can I cancel?
If you paid for your warranty, you can cancel within 30 days for a refund as long as no repairs have been made. After 30 days there is no refund.
What happens if I sell the car?
The warranty can't be transferred to another person or car, and it ends if you sell or part exchange the vehicle.
Who do I complain to?
Contact Warrantywise first at [email protected]. Warranties aren't regulated by the FCA, so the Financial Ombudsman Service can't look at warranty complaints.

Warrantywise is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the Financial Ombudsman Service cannot consider complaints about it, and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not apply.
A warranty is optional and is not a condition of any finance agreement. Plan level, limits and eligibility depend on the plan, your vehicle and the terms shown in your warranty schedule. Single repair limits apply and total payout cannot exceed the retail value of your vehicle. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please read the full terms and conditions before you buy.
